***BILLING AND SHIPPING MUST BE THE SAME AS THE CREDIT CARD OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED***

No refunds on purchases.

Exchanges are allowed on full priced merchandise only with authorization and within 5 day from receiving the item/s.  All discounted/sale items purchased are considered final.

Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card.  Only returns of defective or incorrect merchandise will be eligible for 100% money back and return.

We will accept exchanges for full priced merchandise, however the return shipping of the item and the exchanged item must be paid for by the customer. The exchanged item will be shipped once we receive the original item

Website Customer Service is open Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST

All goods must be returned in original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), any items missing the original packing or used will not be awarded any refund.

All returns must be accompanied by your original receipt.

All returns must be received by us within 10 days of the invoice date.

Please allow 3 business days for refunds to be processed.
